Bridging Research and Practice
The IGLC 2027 Industry Day is designed to inspire both local and international industry professionals to accelerate the adoption of Lean Construction principles, methods, and mindsets. The day will bring together practitioners, project teams, owners, contractors, consultants, researchers, and educators to share experiences, discuss and inspire.
More than a conference track, Industry Day is a platform for dialogue and collaboration. Alongside inspiring presentations, the programme will provide ample opportunities for discussion, reflection, and networking with peers from across the globe. Participants will have the chance to exchange ideas, explore practical challenges, and build relationships that support the continued advancement of Lean thinking in the industry.

Call for Cases
Do you have a project, programme, initiative, or organisational journey that others can learn from or where you would appreciate input from the audience? We encourage you to reach out to discuss your idea or to submit a proposal for an Industry Day presentation. We welcome submissions that showcase practical applications of Lean Construction, including but not excluded to:
Organisational transformations
Training and capability-building programmes
Client initiatives and procurement approaches
Digital solutions supporting Lean implementation
Collaborative and integrated delivery practices
Other initiatives that advance Lean thinking in the industry
Project case studies
We would particularly love to hear cases related to the new build of data centres, cases with a sustainability angle, or cases seen from a client's perspective.
